A&S Training College aims to be inclusive and collaborative learning community recognized for its excellence in learning, teaching and research.

All taught courses are subject to formal annual review and development, with the benefit of inputs from students, external examiners, and employers as well as from staff. Our teaching and learning strategies are reviewed regularly to determine their efficiency and effectiveness.
 

The college is committed to maintaining the currency and relevance of its courses, to delivering high quality teaching, and to using innovative teaching and assessment methods to develop transferable skills (e.g. interpersonal communication, team working, leadership).
