Listening – Students are tested
on a variety of skills including

Reading
– Question types include

Writing
- Students look at a diagram,
table or data and must describe
the information it presents in
their own words.
Speaking
- The Speaking Module consists
of an oral interview between the
candidate and a tutor, lasting
approximately 14 minutes
Students can take the IELTS
exam in London any month.
Applications must usually be

weeks after the exam is taken.
Who is the IELTS course for?
Foreign students who wish to
study at a British university
usually need to attain an IELTS
