Terms and Conditions
Activities:
A&S Training College will not be held
responsible for any extra curriculum activities
undertaken by students out of the college hours
and premises.
Notes: A&S Training College reserves the
right to alter dates, fees, and curriculum or
class hours without prior notice.
Application:
Application
should be made on the enclosed application form
and send it to the international office at the
college address with deposit of £400.00 or
follow the instruction of our authorized agent.
Fees:
Fees are reviewed every year but subject to
change at any time.
Expulsion/Disciplinary: A&S Training College
reserves the right to expel any students for
gross misconduct such as violation of rules and
regulations, drug use or vandalism.
Students:
The minimum age is 18 years and there is no
maximum age limit. Your place on any of the full
time programmes will only be guaranteed once the
full fees have been paid. (International)
Payments:
Payment can be made by cheque, bank draft or
credit card, payable to A&S Training
College. Currency prices are given in pound
sterling and payment should be made in this
currency. Bank charges are not covered by
A&S Training College.
Cancellations:
Cancellation
will be accepted 6-8 weeks prior to the start of
the course. In this case, A&S Training
College will refund the paid fees minus
administrative charge. For cancellation less
than 6-8 weeks prior to the course commencement
date, no refund will be made under any
circumstances.
Registration
with the University or Awarding Body:
Some courses require the students to register with the University /
awarding Institution from which they will get
the Award. Please note that registration with
the College is separate from the registration
with the University / Awarding Institution. All
information regarding how to register with them
and how much it costs is available on request
from the College Reception.

Please
liaise with the regional office or college
directly for any questions regarding your
application. The application process can take up
to 4-8 weeks depending on the time of year.
Please do ensure that your application form is
as complete as possible to speed up the process.

a. A Registration Fee of £400 is required before a student will be
issued with an Offer of Place Letter. 150 GBP of
the Registration fee is non-refundable. To gain
an interview at the British High Commission
("BHC") you are required to obtain a
Confirmation of Place Letter (a Full Acceptance
Letter)
b. In the event of visa refusal, a Student is required contact to A&S
Training College London or regional office and
seek advice regarding (1) the transfer of the
deposit and the fees for the next intake or (2)
the refund of the tuition fees, under specific
conditions listed below, to which A&S
Training College London will retain a one-time
registration fee of £400 to cover related
costs. The College will require the original
visa refusal letters, original appeal letters
issued by the BHC or British Embassy, original
Enrolment Letters issued by A&S Training
College and copy of passport with refusal stamp.
Refunds will be made only if requested in
writing with the necessary supporting documents
at least two weeks before the commencement of
the course (published date).The refund process
may take up to 60 days.
c. The College will only refund the account or individual that it
initially received the fees from. If the student
wishes to authorise some one to collect the
payment on his/her Behalf College will require
an authorisation letter and a valid ID from the
authorised person
No refund will be given to a student for the following circumstances:
Failure
to return the original enrolment letters issued
by A&S Training College, original visa refusal letters,
appeal letters issued by the BHC or British
Embassy and copy of passport with refusal stamp.
In the event of cancellation due to a family bereavement or any other
change in your personal circumstances, students
are advised to take out insurance against such
unforeseen circumstances.
If you are asked to leave the country by the United Kingdom Authorities
or if you leave the UK during the programme
period without consultation with or a covering
letter from the College and are subsequently
refused re-entry.
If the disruption in your studies is due to
your conviction, court proceedings or a
litigation involving you.
If you are refused a UK Entry Clearance at British High Commission or
British Embassy
due to submission of any fake or forged
documents.
Where a student has obtained an Admission Letter from A&S Training
College and then decides not to follow his/her
course.
Transfer of fees to another student will be solely at the discretion of
A&S Training College. A minimum of £300
transfer fee will apply. This will also require
BHC removal of visa.
If student's appeal against decision of Refused UK Entry Clearance is in
process and decision is pending. Upon decision,
if we do not receive original Appeal Decision
Letter within two weeks of the decision date.
College bears no responsibility in such discontinuation or cancellation
of programmes due to the actions of external
agencies, course providers or an accrediting
body. The responsibility of carrying out
necessary research and ascertaining the nature
or details of the Course Providers and their
degrees and awards lies entirely on the
prospective students.
The College has adopted the concept of Equal Opportunity whole-heartedly;
therefore it makes every effort to promote it in
and out of its premises. The applications of
students from any of the diverse backgrounds are
treated equally and fairly. It is imperative
that the applicants disclose their special needs
clearly in the application so that the
Admissions Office can examine the extent to
which the College is physically capable of
providing necessary support.
By signing our Application Form you are giving A&S Training College
London has the right to obtain you personal data
relevant to A&S Training College from the
BHC you applied from.
Students are required to maintain attendance throughout the duration of
their course. A&S Training College is
obliged to apply Home Office rules and insist
that a full-time course is a minimum of 15 hours
of daytime study per week. A&S Training
College is required by the Home office to record
your attendance and supply any and all details
when requested by them or any other Law
Enforcement agency in the UK.
Overseas students who have been granted a student visa must comply with
the Immigration Rules. Please note that A&S
Training College and A&S Training College
Staff Members have no jurisdiction to overrule
these.
The A&S Training College Academic Board reserves the right to refuse
admission to any student based on academic and
professional assessments and the quality of
their Application Form.
We also reserve the right to suspend or dismiss any student without
refund of fees in the event of serious
misconduct or unsatisfactory
attendance/progress.
Failure to appear at the agreed starting date without written notice will
mean forfeiture of fees and notifying the home
office.
A&S Training College London reserves the right to change the times of
the courses. The college prospectus is correct
at the time of printing but is subject to
alteration.
The terms of this agreement shall be governed by the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts under English
Law of all matters arising.
